responsible for advising the Executive Committee on the disbursement of
funds for special projects such as scholarships, camperships, and staff
salary subsidies.

Chaired by the Secretary/Treasurer; is responsible for
keeping the membership of the Association well-informed of the
activities of the CHSA through means such as maintaining the website and
producing a newsletter.

This committee is responsible for coordinating the
resources of the Association in order to provide the Black Warrior
Council and Camp Horne with a source of support in order to prepare the
upcoming Camp Horne Staff.

Administers the elections process; ensures that all
members are given the opportunity to vote and that the elections are run
fairly and accurately; committee members are precluded from officer or
Executive Committee candidacy.

a record of the events of Camp Horne as well as the Association.
